Had a call from the computer-fixer today.
She cannot pull any of my info from the old hard drive
over 600 songs in itunes
a year's worth of pictures
a bunch of word documents
I can't even fathom it
She wanted permission to buy a new hard drive, $50, she is still trying to make it work. I hope it does.
I am sad.

OMG, it is really, really bad. I'm sick for you!
that happened to me before....so after reading this, I quickly backed up my photos onto my external hard drive. I feel your pain.
